Martin Elkort Youtube Vignettes from An American Mirror Documentary

The recently premiered Martin Elkort: An American Mirror documentary chronicles the life and photography of noted New York Photo League member Martin Elkort. The documentary, the culmination of years of hard work by Martin's daughter, Stefani Twyford, features several well known photography industry leaders discussing Martin and his work such as Anne Tucker, the Photography Curator at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and our own Catherine Couturier. Throughout the film are vignettes of Martin discussing some of his more recognized images such as the infamous At the Soda Fountain, Coney Island; The Haircut; and Parable of Life.
